France today reopened it’s borders with Spain. This has allowed Russian supplies to flow through to the much weakened Republican forces.
The fear is that it’s too little, too late for the Republicans, who have been on the back foot since losing Teruel. The Russian supplies are badly needed. Italian support for the fascist Nationalist forces have further weakened the Republican position.
